This presentation features the Tae Kwon Do 2-Step and 1-Step Sparring Techniques used by the International TaeKwon-Do Association™. Defenses against a variety of hand, foot, and combination attacks are demonstrated by Grandmaster Benko. Also included are the 3 Hyungs (Patterns) required to advance in rank from 1st to 2nd Degree Black Belt: Grandmaster Benko demonstrates the correct movements of each pattern and narrates the program. Po-Eun, Ge-Baek, and Eui-Am, as well as the Questions and Response Sequences for all three Hyungs. A Front and Side view of each Hyung (with exception of Po-Eun) is shown.
