This presentation centers on Self-Defense and Restraint Techniques. This program was produced by Grandmaster Benko for use by police and law enforcement personnel and those who instruct in this field of study. Grandmaster Benko shows step-by-step how to subdue and restrain an opponent without the use of "excessive" force. Defenses against unarmed and armed assailants are shown. Techniques are shown from several angles with close-up views. This presentation was also created as a reference for instructors who wish to design a training program in this field of study.
