Seminar Request Form

To schedule a seminar with Grand Master Benko at your location, be sure to first read the Seminar Requirements. When you are ready to host a seminar by Grand Master Benko, submit this form.

Once you have been notified that one of the dates you requested for the seminar is available, you will then submit the deposit to reserve the seminar date.
