Seminar Fees:

$30.00 per person, minumum of 20 participants (or $600.00 minimum).

Countries other than the U.S.A. must have a minimum of 40 participants (or $1,200.00 minimum).

Other Expenses:

Travel Expenses: Grand Master Benko and his staff will travel by car (car rental fee to be paid by host) unless distance is too far. If seminar is too far to drive to, host will make air transportation arrangements for Grand Master Benko and his staff.

Meals: 2 meals per day for Grand Master Benko and one other person.

Hotel Accommodations: 1 Room (with 2 beds).

Terms:

A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the guarantee will be required at the time of booking the seminar to reserve the date. Seminars must be booked at least 45 days in advance.

Payment must be in the form of a U.S. Postal Money Order or International Bank Draft, payable in U.S. Currency, payable to ITA Institute.

Seminar Facilities:

A suitable location for the seminar must be acquired by the host. Facilities must include mats.

Cancellations:

In the event that Grand Master Benko must cancel a scheduled seminar, and you do not wish to reschedule, your deposit will be 100% refunded. If for any reason the host must cancel a seminar he/she forfeits the 50% non-refundable deposit.

The seminar host must provide, on the day of the seminar, a completed Seminar Registration Form. The seminar host must sign and witness each registration form and is responsible for insuring that all information is correct and legible.

Age Requirements:

Participants must be 10 years old or older.

Camcorders, Spectators, and Pictures:

Spectators are not permitted. No Video Taping or photographs of the seminar are permitted, other than by Grand Master Benko's staff.

Grand Master Benko will be available after the seminar for group and individual photographs with the participants.

Video and Book Discounts:

Depending on which seminar you are hosting, Grand Master Benko and his staff will bring training videos and books, relating to the seminar topics, which may be purchased at the seminar at a discount to participants. Only cash payments will be accepted for these items.
