NEW STUDENT LIST: (Copy format below and complete information for each new student). FIRST NAME: MIDDLE INITIAL: LAST NAME: DOB MONTH: DOB DAY: DOB YEAR: COURSE ENROLLING IN: (ENTER: KINFE TRAINING, KNIFE DEFENSES, OR GUN DISARMS)
When registering student advancement to each level of a program, you must use the following format to be sent to us via email:

Paying for your new student registrations and level advancement fees To pay for your new student memberships and/or level advancements, once you have emailed the necessary student data, use our Online Payment For New Members and Level Advancements.
Each new student will receive a Certificate of Membership, a Membership Card and an ICA patch. Each student completing a Level Advancement within an ICA Program will receive a Certificate of Completion and a new Membership card.
