This presentation features advanced Ji Pang E Sul (Cane Techniques). Defenses against one and two opponents are demonstrated by
Han Kuk Mu Ki Do™ Founder, Grandmaster James S. Benko, 9th Degree Black Belt.
The cane is one of the few remaining objects one may carry today, which can be used
effectively for self-defense. Included are: blocks, strikes, and immobilization techniques for ho shin (self-defense), which are shown for both beginner and advanced students.
Close-up views as well as views from different angles are used throughout the presentation.
Learn traps, throws, take-downs, and ji pang e kwan jyel sul (cane joint manipulation techniques)
