"Wong Kang", "Kwan Chang", and "Jong Jo". Each pattern is shown at normal and slow speeds.

of each pattern. These are three of the patterns required to attain the rank of 1st Degree Black Belt in Han Kuk Mu Ki Do (Traditional Korean Weapons). Grandmaster Benko provides
