In this presentation Grandmaster Benko brings you the 3 Advanced Korean Jang Bong (Long Staff) Patterns: "Wong Kang", "Kwan Chang", and "Jong Jo". Each pattern is shown at normal and slow speeds. Also included are the applications of the movements of each pattern. These are three of the patterns required to attain the rank of 1st Degree Black Belt in Korean weapons. Grandmaster Benko provides the viewer with insights into the proper application and execution of these patterns. This presentation would be a welcome addition to any martial art video collection.
