This presentation features the Korean Jang Bong (Long Staff). The Jang Bong is the weapon which is often used to introduce a student to the many different types of weapons found in Korean mu do (martial arts). In this program Grandmaster Benko, teaches Jang Bong Blocks, Strikes, Thrusts, Disarms, Take-downs.

Grandmaster Benko also shows you defenses using a Long Staff against Long Staff attacks. As a special bonus the program also includes a look at "target areas" of the body.

As a special bonus Grandmaster Benko has included is the first Jang Bong (Long Staff) pattern. The first pattern is the "Straight-Line Staff". It combindes long staff movements into a practical sequence of techniques.
