This presentation features the Korean jung bong (middle staff). Jung Bong training helps the individual develop fluidity and power to not only his weapon techniques, but to his empty hand defenses as well. In this program Grandmaster Benko, demonstrates defenses used to control, throw, and immobilize an opponent. The jung bong permits the practitioner to use middle and short range techniques of defense. This is and excellent program for instructors to develop training curriculum using the jung bong.
