The 5th pattern in Tae Kwon Do is Yul-Gok. Yul-Gok is the hyung (pattern) required for advancement from 6th Gup Green Belt to 5th Gup Green Belt with Blue Stripe in the International TaeKwon-Do Association. You "Yell" (YAH) on the second and last movement of Yul-Gok.
